All orders that do not require customization ship within 3 business days. For sized, engraved or otherwise customized items please enquire at 603.327.6735
Shipping Times
Tracking information is available for all orders and is provided upon shipment. Signatures are required on all orders.
Domestic Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
International Shipping
Please refer to the tracking information provided. Most orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days of shipment.
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Aston Estate Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Returns
All non custom, sized or layaway purchases are eligible for return within 3 days of receipt. This includes the day of delivery. Items must be returned undamaged, and unaltered. Please contact us via email only at hello@astonestatejewelry.com within the allotted return window to initiate your return.
Return shipping is the responsibility and liability of the buyer and we strongly encourage our customers to obtain both insurance and signature confirmation for their returns. Items must be sent back within 3 business days of initiating the return.
